Technical Requirements for KING JEREMY
1. REHEARSAL: (a) Sound check and Rehearsal to minimum of three (3) hours and should include all necessary stagehands and sound technicians. All sound equipment must be set up, rung out and ready prior to rehearsal. In the event additional rehearsal is required, all such rehearsal(s) shall be at the sole cost and expense of the PURCHASER. Rehearsal(s) shall commence: A. with band one (1) hour prior to rehearsal. (b) It is understood and agreed it shall be Purchaser's sole responsibility and expense to insure that all technical requirements herein, including without limitation, those concerning instrumentation and sound, shall be completed at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled time of Artist's personnel to commence rehearsal immediately at the scheduled time due to the lack of proper set-up by Purchaser or for any other reason beyond the Artist's control shall be solely Purchaser's responsibility. Without limitation of the foregoing, Purchaser shall insure that: (1) All instruments and equipment to be provided by Purchaser as set forth in this Rider shall be fully set up in proposition. (11) The orchestral seating shall be full completed in accordance With Artist's stage plan and subject to Artist's conductor's further instructions in any and all in sound equipment and personnel shall be ready for the use of the Artist and Artist's personnel at rehearsal time as well as at such other times as are designated this Rider.
Concert Rider Adherence and Dissemination for KING JEREMY
PURCHASER guarantees that this Rider will be distributed exactly as is, in its entirety, with no deletions, additions or substitutions (without prior written approval from ARTIST'S agent or personal manager), to the appropriate technical and administrative personnel for place of engagement as contracted hereunder. ARTIST is not obligated to perform if any of the conditions or requirements outlined hereunder have not been met and adhered to. PURCHASER, however is fully financially responsible for all salaries and expenses as contracted hereunder.
Concert Insurance for KING JEREMY
PURCHASER agrees to provide comprehensive general liability insurance (including, without limitation, coverage to protect against any and all injury to persons or property as a consequence of this installation and/or operation of the equipment and instruments provided by ARTIST and/or its employees, contractors and agents). Such liability insurance shall be in the amount required by the venue, by in no event shall have a limit of less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall be in full force and effective at all times ARTIST or any of ARTIST'S agents, managers or independent contractors in the place of the performance. ARTIST and its Agent for the engagement(s), MPI, shall be listed as additional-named insured under such insurance and this shall be indicated on the pertinent certificate of insurance. PURCHASER also agrees to provide a policy of Workman's Compensation covering all of PURCHASER'S employees or third-party contractors. PURCHASER further agrees to provide full all-risks insurance coverage for all equipment and instruments provided by ARTIST and/or its employees, contractor's, agents and managers against fire, vandalizing, theft, riot or any other type of act or event causing harm or damage to, or loss of, the instruments and equipment so provided. Certificates of insurance relating to the coverage listed above shall be furnished by PURCHASER to ARTIST at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Engagement(s). ARTIST'S failure to request or review such insurance certificates shall not effect ARTIST'S rights or PURCHASER'S obligations hereunder. The PURCHASER warrants that he complete an adequate public liability insurance. The certificate must be produced to the PRODUCER upon request.
Concert Anticipatory Breach for KING JEREMY
If on or before the date of any scheduled performance hereunder, the financial standing or credit of Promoter has been impaired or is unsatisfactory. ARTIST shall have the right to demand payment forthwith of the guaranteed compensation specified above and if Promoter fails or refuses to make such payments forthwith. ARTIST shall then have the right to cancel this agreement. In the event of Such cancellation. ARTIST shall have no further obligation to Promoter hereunder and shall retain any monies therefore paid to ARTIST by Promoter.
Concert Taxes for KING JEREMY
PURCHASER shall pay and hold ARTIST harmless of any and all taxes, fees, dues and the like relating to the engagement(s) hereunder and the sums payable to ARTIST shall be free of such taxes, fees, dues and the like.
Concert Indemnification for KING JEREMY
A) PURCHASER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and his employees, contractors and/or agents and managers from against any claims, costs (including attorney's fees and court cost), expenses, damages, liabilities, losses or judgments arising out of or in connection with, any claim, demand or indirect consequence of the engagement(s).
B) PURCHASER shall also indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and his employees, contractors and/or agents and managers from and against any and all loss, damage and/or destruction occurring to its and/or its employees, contractors or agents and managers instruments and equipment at the place of the engagement(s) including but not limited to damage loss or destruction caused by Act of God.
B) PURCHASER shall also indemnify and hold harmless ARTIST and his employees, contractors and/or agents and managers from and against any and all loss, damage and/or destruction occurring to its and/or its employees, contractors or agents and managers instruments and equipment at the place of the engagement(s) including but not limited to damage loss or destruction caused by Act of God.

Concert Reproduction of Performance for KING JEREMY
No portion of the performance rendered hereunder may be rebroadcast, photographed, recorded, filmed, taped or embodied in any form for any such purpose or reproducing such performance without ARTIST'S prior written consent. PURCHASER will deny entrance to any persons carrying audio or video devices without limiting in any way the generality of the foregoing prohibition, it is understood to include members of the audience, press and PURCHASER'S Staff. In the event that the PURCHASER, his agents, servants, employees, contractors, etc., reproduce or cause to be reproduced the ARTIST'S performance in the form of films, tapes or any other means of audio or video reproductions, upon demand by ARTIST, PURCHASER shall deliver all of the same (together with any and all masters, negatives and other means of reproductions thereof) to ARTIST at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, in addition to all other legal or equitable remedies which ARTIST may have.
