CMS Commits to Effective Communication for All Individuals with Disabilities in All of Its Programs

CMS and the HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR) have entered into an agreement to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access information provided by CMS and its contractors in CMS programs. The agreement resolves two complaints filed with OCR by the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund on behalf of two named complainants participating in the Medicare Program and other Medicare consumers who are blind or have low vision and who need accessible information in Medicare communications. Don't be too hard on yourself. Just try to get back to your activities as soon as possible.
Think about the reasons you started exercising and how much you've already accomplished.
Start again at a comfortable level, and gradually build back up.
Try an activity you've never done before.
Believe in yourself!

Water Sports Mutual Respect

This Rapid Surfer Rides All Rapids And Waves And When I Ride Waves. I Ride A Surf Board And When I Ride Rapids I Ride A Rapid Board, As Rapid Boarder Shapers We Have Made Some What We Call Surf Crossover Boards For Those Of Us That Are Lucky Enough To Have Access To Rapids And Waves. There Are Waves Within Rapids Meaning They Are Not Big Surf Board Waves Since The Rapid Part Is Bigger Than The Wave Part In Other Words Literally Within The Gap And Crest Of A Rapid On Either Side Of The Rapid. Considering You Have To Go Over The Rope To Do A 360 It Is Not Recommended Attempting This On A Board Any Longer Than 5 To 6 Feet In Length To Fit In Between The Gap And Make It In Between The Cresting Rapids And Up The Face Of One Of Them To Roll It Out Like A Wave For An Honorable Tribute To Surfing On A Rapid Board.
