FDIC Makes Public June Enforcement Actions;
No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for August 2014

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in June. No administrative hearings are scheduled for August 2014.
The FDIC issued a total of 37 orders. The orders included: five consent orders; five removal and prohibition orders; eight section 19 orders; five civil money penalties; one voluntary termination of insurance order; 11 orders terminating consent orders and cease and desist orders; one order dismissing notice of charges, notice of assessment of civil money penalties, findings of fact and conclusions of law, order to pay and notice of hearing; and one order terminating supervisory prompt correction action.
