2014 Acreage Reporting

In order to comply with FSA program eligibility requirements producers need to complete an acreage report.  All acres need to be certified which includes program crops, non program crops including pasture and grass hay.  Planting dates and crop intended use are required in order to complete your acreage report.  July 15th is the deadline for reporting.

Non Insured Crop Disaster Assistance (NAP)

Producers who have a NAP policy also need to report their acres by July 15th.  Beginning in 2015 NAP coverage will not be available for annual forage crops.  Also the Agicultural Act of 2014 authorizes a NAP service fee waiver for Socially Disadvantaged (SDA) and Beginning Farmers (BF)  for the year 2014 and subsequent crop years.
