Wednesday 06/25/14
Another African dust cloud has moved into much of South Texas this morning and should move into Central and Southeast Texas later today. The dust could raise the daily PM2.5 AQI to "Moderate" levels over portions of this area, although rain may help to reduce concentrations. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.

Thursday 06/26/14
Patchy African dust should cover much of the eastern half of the state and could raise the daily PM2.5 AQI to "Moderate" levels over portions of this area. Elsewhere in West Texas, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.

Friday 06/27/14 Outlook
African dust may continue over parts of Central, North Central, and East Texas and could raise the daily PM2.5 AQI to "Moderate" levels over portions of this area. Elsewhere in West Texas, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.

Saturday 06/28/14 Outlook
Decreasing background levels and moderate winds should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range statewide.
