The Texas Department of State Health Services, Office of Title V is pleased to announce that portions of the DRAFT Application for Fiscal Year 2015 Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant (announcement number: HRSA-15-001) -including National and State performance measures - are now posted for public comment.   Maternal and Child Health partners and stakeholders are encouraged to review the draft application and provide feedback.  Please send comments to titlev@dshs.state.tx.us by Friday, July 18, 2014.   More information about the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program can be found here. Thank you for your input.
