Nevada Firm Recalls Chicken Products That Were Produced Without Fully Implementing a Ready-To-Eat Haccp Plan

Kanani Foods, a Las Vegas, Nev. establishment, is recalling approximately 59 pounds of various chicken products because the products were not produced under a fully implemented Ready-To-Eat Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan.
